SECTION 14 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency of your delivery country: euros (EUR) for France, Spain and Italy, Czech koruna (CZK) for the Czech Republic, and US dollars (USD) for the United States. The price shown at checkout is the total price payable. Delivery is free to all countries we serve. No customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are charged to the consumer upon delivery.

SECTION 15 – DELIVERY

We deliver to France, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and the United States. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days. In the event of a delay, we will inform the consumer as soon as possible.

The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the consumer upon delivery to their address.

SECTION 16 – WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order without having to give a reason. This period includes the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Full details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable, it shall be applied to the extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part shall be deemed severable, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. This choice does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution.
