Hassle-free returns

At Blanc Project, we believe that every item you choose should elevate your wardrobe and fit you perfectly. If a product does not quite meet your expectations, our returns process ensures a simple, stress-free experience.

Return period: 30 days

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return an item, without having to give a reason for your decision. This period includes and exceeds your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code). To exercise this right, send us an unequivocal statement by email to support@blanc-project.com or use the model form below.

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with their original tags and packaging. You may, of course, try them on as you would in a store. We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to make a return

Send an email to support@blanc-project.com, including your order number. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions, including the address to which you should send your parcel, on average within 12 hours.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a damaged, defective or non-conforming item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, defective or non-conforming item

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receipt, with your order number and a few photos. Depending on your preference and availability, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the item. In this case, Blanc Project will cover the return shipping costs. This process is in addition to your statutory warranties and does not limit them in any way.

Easy exchanges

Would you like a different size or another product? Please indicate this in your return request. We will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Refund period

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the payment method used for the order. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Statutory warranties

Regardless of our return policy, you are entitled to the 2-year statutory warranty of conformity from the date the goods are delivered (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code): in the event of a lack of conformity, you may obtain, free of charge, the repair or replacement of the goods or, failing that, a reduction in the price or termination of the contract. During the 24 months following delivery, you do not have to prove that the lack of conformity existed at that time. You are also entitled to the statutory warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
