Shipping policy
A well-chosen item can elevate an entire wardrobe, and at Blanc Project, we want receiving your order to be just as refined. Our approach to delivery prioritizes clarity and simplicity, so the journey to your door is smooth and predictable.
Shopping should remain a pleasure, which is why we have designed a simple and transparent delivery process. We currently deliver to France, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and the United States. We take care of delivery entirely, and checkout remains clear and free of surprises. Each order is carefully prepared before it is shipped.
We offer FREE delivery on all orders to all these countries. There is no minimum purchase and no hidden conditions. No customs duties, import taxes or additional fees will be requested upon delivery, including for orders delivered to the United States.
Delivery times
The times below apply to all our delivery countries:
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days to prepare and pack your order
- Transit time: 3 to 7 business days once the parcel has been shipped
- Total time: most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days
Our daily cutoff time is 17h00 Paris time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a business day before this time are processed the same day; those placed after 17h00, on weekends or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in the times indicated above.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email allowing you to follow its progress in real time. Although we strive to maintain consistent delivery times, delays may sometimes occur due to seasonal demand, weather conditions or logistical constraints. If your delivery is affected, we will keep you informed.
